Few months back I got a chance to try the Liz Earle's famous HOT CLOTH CLEANSER. Its winter season now and this came in, perfect timing and I have used this for more then 1-2 months now and its about time to write a review post here. For those of you who don't know about Liz Earle then let me happily tell you guys about this :

As you can see from the picture above, I received the one with the pump but it also comes in a version without the pump as well. As you can see, the cream is very thick and usually I use one whole pump of this and massage it onto my whole face and neck and then on the side I have my usual, a cup of hot water and I dip my muslin cloth in that and then I squeeze the access water out and clean my face with it.
The muslin cloth and the hot water does an important role in this. The muslin cloth works as an exfoliator and the hot water in the muslin cloth helps to open the pores up so that after you are done with this cleansing step, the serum and the moisturizer you use after that soaks into the layers of the skin nicely because of the pores being opened up by the help of the muslin cloth dipped in hot water and the vapors of the hot water.
Ever since I started using this, one thing for sure, I never felt the need to use an exfoliator because the muslin cloth does the neat job of that.
The price of this 100ml bottle with the pump is for £ 12.75 (Rs.1116.25/-) and £ 15.25 (Rs.1334.92/-) with the muslin cloth.
Its priced in such a way that yes, it is expensive BUT it won't break the bank but then I went to their site HERE where you can buy it from and they ship worldwide so I added one into my shopping cart and checked the shipping in India. So they have two options for shipping to choose from and their minimum price for shipping is £ 15.00/- (Rs.1312.89/-). So technically my request for them would be lower down their shipping rate so that a person like me and others with a tight budget can afford to splurge in a good cleanser like this. Or else you can ask your relatives and friends in the U.K to get this for you to try it out.
This cleansing product smells like a medicinal herb but in a calming way. It doesn't lather and it is easy to use. Of course after using the muslin cloth twice you have to wash the muslin cloth before using it again. Since here in India muslin cloth is available every where, you can buy some here and cut them into small squares and use them.
I found it funny that the product is from the U.K but muslin cloth has been imported from India and from India to U.K, now back in India XD.
In the end, this cleanser gets a thumps up from me, great for the winter weather and if they provide a more budget friendly shipping option then I would definitely will order one for myself for sure.
